Smuuthie Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile game Bigger Than You (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party partners collect, use, and share information when you use the App.

- The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
- Gameplay data such as scores and settings are stored locally on your device.
- The App shows advertisements (Unity Ads) and offers an optional in-app purchase (“Buy me a coffee” tip).

4. Information we and our partners collect
4.1 Data stored only on your device
We store the following locally using your device’s app storage (PlayerPrefs). This information is not sent to our servers:
- High score and current score
- Tutorial completion preference
- Sound, music, and vibration settings
- Count of optional “coffee” tips purchased (displayed in the shop thank-you screen)
You can delete this local data at any time via your device settings: Settings → Apps → Bigger Than You → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App.
4.2 Data collected by third-party SDKs
The App uses third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect and share information automatically. This matches our Google Play Data safety disclosure.

We do not collect through the App: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, health data, calendar, messages, precise GPS location, or web browsing history.
5. Third-party services
5.1 Unity Ads
We use Unity Ads to display advertisements (including rewarded ads to continue after game over and optional ads in the shop). Unity may collect device identifiers, approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and related information.

5.2 Google Play Billing (In-app purchases)
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card or bank details.
Google processes payment and may provide us with purchase confirmation for the “Buy me a coffee” product

5.3 Unity Analytics

11. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. Data sent by third-party SDKs is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Third-party partners may process data in countries other than your own. Those partners are responsible for compliance with applicable transfer requirements.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
